Agencies hit the same wall: more projects than developers, and freelancers who need hand-holding or disappear. I work as the senior pair of hands behind your agency, building under your brand while you keep the client relationship. I have worked on both sides: as a developer inside agencies and in-house teams, and as an independent developer for my own clients.

How we work together

1. Brief. You send the scope, designs and deadline. I reply with an estimate within two working days.
2. Staging. Work happens on your staging environment or mine, in your Git repository if you have one.
3. QA. I test against a checklist (responsive, accessibility basics, speed, forms, redirects) before anything reaches you.
4. Handoff. Documentation written for your team, not for me.

The QA checklist behind every delivery

• Responsive: checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths against your design.
• Accessibility basics: semantic headings, keyboard use, visible focus, contrast and form labels.
• Performance: images sized and lazy-loaded, scripts deferred, Core Web Vitals checked before handoff.
• Editing: your team can change every content area without touching code or breaking the layout.
• Forms and tracking: submissions, emails, spam protection and analytics events verified end to end.
• Launch: redirects, sitemap, robots and metadata verified for new builds and migrations.

What a typical engagement looks like

An agency sends a Figma file for a ten-page marketing site with a blog and a contact form. I reply with a fixed estimate, build the theme and blocks on staging with weekly updates, run the QA checklist, and hand over the code with a short guide for the agency’s editors. The agency presents it to its client as its own. If the client asks for changes later, the agency sends them to me as a small job or draws down hours from a prepaid block.

Agency work on existing sites

Not every job is a build. Agencies also send me client sites that are slow, hacked, broken after an update or left behind by another developer. I handle those with a technical assessment first, then a fixed quote, and I can take the site on under a support plan in your name.

Rules you can rely on

• NDA signed before I see client material.
• No client contact unless you ask for it, and no mention of me to your client.
• No poaching. I will put a non-solicitation clause in the agreement.
• Your branding on every deliverable and document.
• You own the code once it is paid for.

Rates

• Fixed-scope projects: a fixed quote per project; builds start at $2,600.
• Prepaid hour blocks: 20 hours for $900, 40 hours for $1,700, 80 hours for $3,200 (from $40 an hour), used any time within three months.
• Retainer: a monthly block of hours with priority scheduling.

• Both stacks. WordPress and Next.js (with WordPress or Sanity as the CMS), so one partner covers the site you sell today and the headless project that comes next.

Send one small job: a section build, a speed fix, or a technical assessment of a client site. You see how I communicate, how I test and how I hand over before you send anything bigger. If it is not a fit, you have lost very little.

Availability and time zones

My client hours start at 5 PM Cairo time, which is 10 AM in New York and 3 PM in London. For agencies in Australia the work is done overnight: you brief me at the end of your day and find it ready in the morning. I reply to every message within one business day.
