One senior developer, from first call to handover.
I am Amr, a senior web developer in Cairo. For seven years I have built and fixed websites for global teams: three years at Unilever on campaign platforms and APIs across 15+ teams, a bilingual investor-relations site for Saudi-listed Jahez Group, and multilingual sites for BayanTech, plus client sites in the US, Australia and the Gulf.
You talk to the person who writes the code. I work in WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js and Node, I care about Core Web Vitals and clean editor experiences, and I will tell you honestly when you do not need a rebuild.

Can you fix or speed up the site I already have?
Yes, that is most of my work. I start with a technical assessment, look at real-user data, and fix the causes (theme, scripts, images, hosting) before suggesting a rebuild.
Should I stay on WordPress or move to Next.js?
Usually stay and fix it. Next.js earns its place for app-like products, heavy interactivity or very high traffic. I have built both, including headless WordPress where editors keep WordPress, and I will tell you which one fits.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I work white-label under your brand with an NDA and no contact with your client unless you ask. Fixed-scope quotes or prepaid hour blocks.
What does it cost and how do we start?
Technical assessments start at $450, speed fixes at $550 and custom builds at $2,600. Book a call or send your site, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Do you use page builders?
I build custom, hand-coded themes by default. Where your team already works in Elementor, I work in it and keep it lean rather than forcing a rebuild.
What are your working hours and time zone?
I am in Cairo. Client hours start at 5 PM Cairo time: 10 AM in New York and 3 PM in London, with overnight turnaround for Australia. I reply within 1 business day.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, from $190 a month: updates, security, backups, monitoring and monthly developer time. I also take over sites left behind by a previous developer.
